We have a number of visuals pinned to dashboards that have stopped updating. The reports and data is refreshing properly but pinned visuals are not. For example, sales for certain day will be missing on the dashboard visual, but when you click on the dashboard visual and go into the report, the report shows sales for that day. Not sure if this is a simple cache issue within the systems or if there is a setting that needs to allow these to update properly. *Note: they have worked in the past and it is something from time to time that stops working.

Hi, @BrettFowler_4
Ensure that the dashboard tile refresh settings are configured correctly. For DirectQuery and push datasets, Power BI dashboard tiles are refreshed approximately every hour, but may require manual intervention or specific settings for other types.
Confirm that both the data and the report refresh as expected. Keep in mind that changes to the underlying data or data structure (schema refresh) can affect how visuals are updated. For more information, see the Data refresh section in Power BI:

If your organization uses Power BI Premium or Power BI Embedded, consider the impact of query caching on your reports and dashboards. While query caching can improve performance, it can also cause visual updates to be delayed if not properly managed. You can learn more about query caching here:
