Power BI Matrix visual format not came exactly after exporting to excel, some rows came to columns

Power BI Matrix visual format not came exactly after exporting to excel, some rows came to columns when using the "show values in row groups rather than colums " option using in Visual-->Vaules-->Options.

Please help me on this issue, I want exporting same format in power bi like 1st pic format
