Power BI Gateway multiple data source for same SQL instance

I had been adding data source connections within the PowerBI gateway clusters to various on-Premise SQL server databases. Recently I received a request to add connections to about 40 databases within a single SQL instance which is having same credentials for all instance. Is there a recommended way of adding or providing access to numerous databases within a single instance with out having to create 40 separate data source connections?

Same same credentials, same instance but different IP address?

If you want to connect to several databases at a same time you will need to create 40 databases.

If you want switch between these databases, you could use parameters in Query Editor.
