Power BI Embedded

Hi everybody,

I work for a customer who has a Power BI Embedded Capacity.
We linked 2 workspaces to the Capacity.
We define 1 application, 1 security group, give the rights on Power BI service and on one of the workspace and everything works well.
We can get the list of reports through the REST API and display the reports in a GUI
We try to add a second application, with another security group, give the rights on Power BI service and on the second workspace and we can not get the list of the reports in this second workspace through the REST API.
If we give the rights on the first workspace to the second application then we can get the list of reports.
I don't understand.
Any idea?
