Power BI Embedded analytics setup tool no longer available
Hi DraganMK6000 Microsoft has retired Power BI Embedded Analytics Setup Tool
Please see this documentation for youur refrence : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/embedded/embedded-faq
For registration now you would have to go to Azure and register and generate Access tokens
