Power BI Embed publish to web (public) Is not loaded on web page

Hi,

I create many report in power bi and all report are display on c# asp.net website but since last 4 days the report is not loaded on the web server.

I simply use the method as bellow:

File --> Embed report --> Publish to web (public)

after then I copy following given url and use on my web page:

<iframe title="CompanyProgressReport" width="600" height="373.5" src="https://app.powerbi.com/view?r=eyJrIjoiZDAwZDZmZmMtODY2ZC00ZmE0LTgwMDAtNTZkMzJjMjVmNGY2IiwidCI6ImEwY..." frameborder="0" allowFullScreen="true"></iframe>

But this is not loaded on my web web pages.

Kindy solved the issue.

Pradeep Singh

Hi @cashpor ,

According to your description, can this report be accessed properly in the browser directly without embedding?
Also I have a little doubt, if you want to embed a report, you should choose embed report to website or portal instead of publish to web.

For the difference between the two.

Publish to Web - Unsecured, not recommended to be used with any sort of proprietary data. Easy single click to publish content that is ok for the general public.

Power BI Embedded - Is an Azure Service that can only be used in external facing applications. Essentially your application uses it's own security, and leverage Power BI Desktop to embed reports.

In addition, you can check whether the problem is caused by the following restrictions.

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and let me know immediately. Looking forward to your feedback.

Best Regards,
Henry
