Refresh is either Slow or Failed

Hi, 

The power BI datasets started slowing down or failing with DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_MashupDataAccessError and timing out. We have updated the Gateway server and is upto date.

3. Desktop Version

4. PBIX File Size

5. Is it fine in Desktop with refresh?

6. Latest error message details

7. Gateway version if any dependecny

May I know whether your report dataset is resided in Shared capacity or PPU/Premium capacity? Is there any errors in the refresh history of this dataset that can help you find the cause?
