Power BI Data Refresh using SharePoint

Hi,

I am using a Power BI pro licensed workspace and my data comes from SharePoint, i am also the owner of the workspace. I have created a flow using power automate to refresh power bi file whenever a file is modified or created(deprecated) in SharePoint folder.

I have two issues now,

1. After testing manually the workflow, i set flow to automatic, after 2 automatic test my flow was not getting successful don't know the reason

2. What setting needs to be applied such that anybody making changes in SharePoint should be able to view refreshed data in workspace? And the person using workspace also needs to add SharePoint data model to see refreshed data???

Hi @Shubham__ ,

Save your power automate flow modify something on your SharePoint file data and see whether the flow is triggering your dataset/dataflows refresh or not.

Close your SharePoint file once the data is updated.Sometimes the refresh will trigger but if you are updating data slowly then the flow will trigger multiple times and the power automate flow will fail.
