I have this simple power automate flow
It works perfectly when I use it on a PBI Premium workspace but if I try to use it on My Workspace (I have a PBI Pro license) it fails every time with error:
Unauthorized

Hi @sasdfasdfsad,
I believe the power automate connector requires that the workspace is on a fabric capacity. Is your personal workspace attached to a capacity?

Hi @sasdfasdfsad ,
Export-to-file for Paginated Reports does not work in My Workspace, even if you have a Power BI Pro license.
The Power Automate “Export to File for Paginated Reports” action requires a Premium-capacity workspace (either Premium Per User (PPU) or Premium capacity).
But My Workspace cannot be assigned to Premium capacity ,even if you personally have a Pro or even a PPU license.
Try below work arounds.
To use this Power Automate flow:
Option 1. Move the paginated report to a Premium workspace
PPU workspace (if you have PPU)
Premium capacity workspace (if your org has capacity)
Option 2 . Convert your My Workspace to PPU workspace
You cannot. Microsoft does not allow capacity assignment to My Workspace.
If my response as resolved your issue please mark it as solution and give kudos.

Hi @dinesh_7780,
One correction, a personal workspace can be assigned to a capacity, it just is not done so by default.

We have premium capacity, but it's not PPU, so my personal workspace is under a PBI Pro license.
I did see that if I create just a "standard" workspace it will throw an error saying the workspace must be on premium capacity.
So it must be the same for My Workspace, just odd it gives a different error.
