Powe BI Web refresh won't stop even after stoped the gateway service

Hi guys,

I have a report on PB web and it needs to be refreshed manually around 20 times a day, sometimes the refresh takes 30 seconds but yesterday it took more than 1 hour and stuck there, so I had to stop the On premises gateway for 5 mins, but the refresh was still ongoing.

I know that once you hit the refresh button it will send the request to service bus to handle, but how can we know what's in the queue and can we manually cancel the refresh job without premium licence? For now I can only wait for hours for the refresh to finish/fail.....

Currently It is not supported to stop the refresh process manually. Please submit your idea.
