Possible bug - Old versions of report layouts appear in the service

It seems that when the PowerBI team updates something in the service old layouts of currently existing reports appear. Data are fresh, but the report pages are the ones I have changed several weeks ago. 

 

Quite confusing when one sees it for the first time
