Pay-as-you-go fabric scale up & down

Hello all,

I am currently testing Pay-as-you-go F2.

It doesn't have enough capacity, so I want to test 8 for one week and maybe F 16 for second week and monitor the performance before we secure Reservation for whole year.

Can I scale up and down on daily basis?

I believe that yes I as I can see daily billing in my Azure portal but I want to be 100% 

My monthly bill should have daily breakdown with different prices. If I will scale up or down.

Is that correct?
