Paginated reports - installation of Report Builder and problems with .NET Framework

I'm trying to install Report Builder to create Paginated Reports. I get a message that I need .NET Framework 4.7.2. I have a higher version 4.8.xxxx and cannot downgrade.

How can I fix this? We have a 3rd party IT company who need to install all programs so I need a description to give them.

Hi @Dall ,

Please run a command prompt, as administrator. Then execute the msi:

msiexec /i <filepath>\PowerBiReportBuilder.msi /passive

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information or the expected result you expect. Let me know immediately, looking forward to your reply.
