Paginated reports - add custom visuals

I know we can add custom visuals to Power BI service. Is there a way of adding some visuals to the paginated reports? If not, can I mix a paginated report with power bi service report?

As far as I know, I don't think it's possible to add custom visuals to Paginated reports.

The answer to the first question is no. To mix the 2 reports, a work around is to use Dashboard. Pin them both to the same dashboard

Can you elaborate on that?

So, if I have a paginated report that might have 50 pages how can I add a service report to every 5th page of the paginated report and having each instance of the service report showing different data? I also need that for embedded solution.
