We have quite a few subscriptions that we have setup, and part of our Q/A process is to validate that the parameters for each is correct. However, once a subscription is setup, there doesn't appear to be a way to see the actual parameter values that were used to setup the subscription. The only options I see are "Keep previous subscription values", "Use current ...", or "Used default...". When I expand the "View parameters" section, it only shows the report defaults with a check box next to them
Just checking if I am missing something
Thanks,

As per my understanding, Only way to see selected parameter values is by including them in Report header as expressions.
In that way, You can run subscriptions as part of Q/A process and check outputs as Audit output as well.
