Paginated Report with ODBC Connection, Gateway Issues

Hello! 

I have published a paginated report with an ODBC connection but am getting the error that I don't have data gateways. I have already installed a data gateway (personal mode) so I'm not sure where I'm going wrong. 

Does anyone have any tips on how to troubleshoot this?
