Page Background Colour not changing

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help.

I have  changed the page background colour on my desktop version from the default white to a another colour. When I publish my report to the service its stays white. Can anyone tell me why?

I think it may have been a problem/delayed response with the Service. I haven’t access the service in a while and when I did, the could change has been applied.

Could you please check the version of your desktop(2.62.5222.761 64-bit (September 2018))?

If issue persists, would you please share your pbix file if possible?
