PBI Gateway error

My Gateway goes offline:

1A7C6F2D [DM.GatewayCore] ServiceEndpoint Connection status: Offline, LastError: 'System.ServiceModel.CommunicationException: The connection to the connect service was lost. ---> Microsoft.ServiceBus.ConnectionLostException: The connection to the connect service was lost.

any ideas

Can you Check if the gateway services is online from the machine where you have installed the gateway.

Hi there,

Could it possibly be that the ports are not opened from within your Organization?

Possibly try and set the Gateway to use HTTPS mode and see if that works?
