PBI Consulting Process Help

Hello! 

I currently have a few brands that I build dashboards for & I have been using their domains but all of the data used is the same so I am duplicating transformations/query building. I want to set up a single dataflow to automate the transformations & create the different dashboards using my own domain, then share with each client indivudally. 

The issue is the inability to export from company to company, I know there are workarounds, but from the high-level reading I've done they seem complicated. Building a PowerBiApp and sharing that with each looks to be the best bet, but completely unsure if it will be complicated for the end-user or not (getting business folks to learn Power Bi is enough). 

Looking for any advice to simplify this process so I don't waste time going down rabbit holes!!

I think building a single source of truth like the Dataflow is good intiative and to share the content here is an option
