Morning to everyone,
Power BI report is sitting on the top of SAP Hana imported query. Access to SAP Hana data source is via VPN. Refresh of this report fails as system can't connect the data source. There is no posibility too specify anywhere that this source requires VPN to be swiched ON.
Your gateway is offline or could not be reached.......
How can I resolve this issue? Is there any way to specify that this source is VPN relevant and parameters of VPN?
Thanks
Hi @AlexKeraut ,
I am not sure of a native way to add the VPN setup to a gateway. There might be a way but I don't think so....that said, here is an article that gives some information... python 3.x - Power BI: How to call API through VPN in Power BI - Stack Overflow
That said, why can't you use the SAP connector? Use SAP HANA in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
