Overview of all dataflow refresh schedules

My organisation uses an onprem gateway to refresh dataflows. As we create more dataflows I want to be mindful of when data is scheduled to refresh so not to "overload" the gateway.

Is there a way I can get see an overview of the refresh schedules for all dataflows in all workspaces in my organisations Power BI service and produce a report to help me schedule future refreshes?

Probably have to do that via the REST API
