Organization members are forced to create Fabrics Account to access powerBI App or PowerBI dashboard

I try to share my reports and my apps with my organization, but the first time a member clicks on my link he is forced to create à Fabrics account.

In my organization all members have a "pro" account.

Is your report/semantic model located in a Premium Workspace meant for Fabric Trial?

if not then you need to ask the Tenant admin to disable the preview feature of Fabric for all your organization.
