Only bottom half of page visible in embedded report

I've set up a report i want to be viewable via a webpage. It seemed to be working OK but has started going wrong. Now all pages that are set to "fit to page" just show the bottom half of the page with a grey rectangle below, with no scroll bar showing so I can't just scroll up (see pic). I've tried refreshing, turing the PC off and on and even opening in an incognito window and the same problem persists. Any thoughts?

If anyone else comes across this thread, the cause for me was that I had the container div hidden during the load and then showing it after load. This obviously messes up something in the PBI rendering. Instead I now use 2-stage report.load() and then report.render() and don't mess with the container visibility and the problem went away.

I hope this helps someone else!

I'm experiencing this exact same problem. Did anyone figure out the cause / solution?

Thanks.

I'm experiencing the same thing but only when using a Chrome browser.   IE seems to work just fine.

I have been experiencing a similar problem with email subscriptions; only half the image is displaying.
