One User Not Seeing Published Format Changes

Hello!

I changed a slicer in my report by turning off the 'Multi-select with CTRL.' I refresh and re-publish manually every week. However, one of the end users still doesn't see the checkbox dropdown. He sees the refreshed data, but still has the 'radio-dial' buttons in the dropdown.

He tried refreshing the report from his side and using a different browser, but these things don't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nevermind. I ended up just deleting and re-publishing the report. That worked.
