Hi,

I am facing On-premises Data Gateway -Auto Login Script error , while signing in.

Any Idea why i am getting this error, is it application related one or any other issue ?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Try the following solutions:

Delete Temporary Files.

1. Make sure any browser windows are closed.

2. Double-click on the "C" drive, open "Documents and Settings", then open your user folder. Select "Local Settings", then enter the "Temp" folder and delete all of the files.

3. Restart the system.

Register Urlmon.dll

1. Open the "Start" menu, then select "Run".

2. Type "Regsvr32 urlmon.dll", and then click "OK".

3. Click "OK" on the "DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded" message.

Disable Script Debugging
1. Enter the "Start" menu and select "Internet Explorer".

2. Click on "Tools," then "Options" and then the "Advanced Tab".

3. Click "Disable Script Debugging", and select "OK" to restart the computer.

Java Settings

1. Open the Java Virtual Machine. To do so, visit the following Java Web site:
