Hello All,
I have too more than 12 reports in a workspace. I have numbered them from 1 to 12 by priority.
Problem. Report number 10, 11, 12 appears right after 1.
I want to align the reports as per their numbers. Is there a way to achieve it?
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi @AbbasG
The name column in a Workspace is sorted alphabetically, not numerically, so you get the effect you are seeing...
1
11
111
2
3
33
333
4
...
The only thing I can suggest is you name the Reports "A.Report1" "B.Report2" "C.Report3" etc. which will then sort in the order you want.
Note that you can click on the workspace column headers "Name", "Type", "Owner" etc. to sort by that column or reverse the sort order on that column. By default Name is sorted A-Z but a user can change that by clicking on the column head.
Hope this helps
Stuart
