Hi @NagiGirguis,

Please try refreshing the dataset manually and check the Refresh History for any logged errors. Make sure the data source credentials are correct, and if Scheduled Refresh is off, please re-enable it. Could you also provide a bit more detail about the issue so we can assist you further?
