Notification on data Missing

I am trying to display custom Error Message in the notification tab of Power BI Service when data is missing in my reports.

I tried using the data alerts functionality which is available in Power BI but it requires KPIs to be pinned to the Dashboards

Can anyone please let me know how to achieve this functionality on reports ?

I am trying to implement APNs using FCM. Currently, if the server includes Notification parameter in the message, I will receive both data and the push notification in foreground and background. However, without Notification parameter and only using Data to send data, I will receive information from didReceiveRemoteNotification but the phone will not display alert notification for user to click on 😶. The function with notification parameter uses userNotificationCenter function and properly display the alert notification.

Current power bi not support customize alert message, maybe you can try to submit an idea for this requirement.
