Not receiving email message to signup for a PowerBI account

Hi, I have been trying to activate a PowerBI account with my work address with no sucess.

My work address is jabentancour@alimentosben.com.ar , when I try to register my address, it tells to go check my email to activate account,  but email never arrives, checked spam, no sucess.

It seems Microsoft is not sending the email for some reason.

If somebody can help it would be greatly appreciated.

@jabentancour Check your spam or other clutter folders to determine if it was placed in one of these "junk" areas. Otherwise, more often than not check with your IT department to see if they have filtered out certain emails and if they have "captured" the email. If they did, it would never land in your mailbox.

@Seth_C_Bauer thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, not email at spam folders. I checked server side and no spam email. We have Apache SpamAssassin. If you have any other idea, it would be great

@jabentancour Does your organization already have any Microsoft services in Office365? You can assign a free license to users in Office365 as well.
