Not able to embed report in share-point online from another work space

Hi,

I have several reports which are currently in my workspace and are embedded in share point online.I moved all this reports to a workspace created by my manager,now when i embed this reports to sharepoint online then its not reflecting in sharepoint.

what could be the reason for this?

so what i found out that the report is visible if I add the link in web part as I am admin on the workspace but it is visible to me only and other team members cant see this report in sharepoint even they have access to reports. So do my manager need to provide admin access to all users on the workspace created by him or is there any way?

Hi @jatneerjat,

Based on my test, I cannot reproduce the issue as you described, both for member or admin could see the reports in SharePoint. Could you please tell me how did you share you reports? Did you share directly or add the users as members of app work space? If you share the reports/dashboards directly, then the end users could not see any content that you published in the SharePoint. By the way, please share the screenshot of the users that cannot view the report. So that I can check the error message.
