Not able to create a POWER BI account

Good evening, community.

So, straight to the point, I'm having an issue when trying to create a new power bi account using an e-mail from the company that I'm working atm.

It says that I don't have permission to create an account using my company domain and that I should contact the IT. So I did, but even he isn't sure about how to proceed.

Does anyone else experienced a similar kind of problem?

Indo direto ao assunto: Eu estou tendo problemas ao tentar criar uma conta no Power BI utilizando o meu e-mail corporativo da empresa em que trabalho atualmente. 

A mensagem até mudou, antes dizia que eu não possuía permissão para criar uma conta utlizando o domínio da empresa.

Falei com o TI e até ele está sem saber como proceder. 

Alguém que já passou por algo similar poderia me ajudar?

What I would also suggest is to create the user via the Office 365 Admin Centre. Also in the Admin Centre you can purchase additional Power BI Pro licenses. And then assign the license to the new user just created.

You need to have an Azure AD added and a Power BI License assigned to you.

The Admin Center administrator can do it for you
