Dear community,
I have many reports in my company workspace and I published them from Desktop to the web service. However, some reports have the filter pane, one report does not. The filter pane doesnt show for end-users on the website. I already enable the eye icon to let the end-users see it as follows:
I also check the setting on the report web version:
What can I do to solve this problem? Thank you!
If the Filters pane was collapsed in Desktop and then published, it will retain the collapsed Filters pane when viewing the report in the web service.
I have same issue. Filter pane is not available in power BI Service, same for both workspace and app view
@AllanP Thank you! I just tried to republish and make sure the filter pane is not collapse on the desktop version but nothing changes
Not sure if you're viewing the report directly in the workspace or via an app that was created. If you're viewing the report via an app then don't forget to Update the app (in the event the report was originally published with the Filters pane hidden)
@AllanP I'm looking at the report on the Power BI web service within my company Premium workspace, no App. Other reports in the same workspace still show the filter pane except for this one :(( I still do not understand why
