The last month I've been having an issue with the new user metrics reports not refreshing on some of the workspaces I am an admin for. I get the error messages that there are errors on the dataset and that the data source credentials need reconfiguring. I have reconfigured the data source and it is still not working.
I have also found that I can't pull the data into excel when the new usage metrics report toggle is on, which I thought I would do to see if that fixed my issue above.
Any help would be really appreciated!

Hi @emmabr ,
You can try to delete the existing Usage Metrics Report dataset . Then you can run View Usage Metrics again to generate a new dataset with its associated usage metrics reports.
