New Usage Metrics Report not updating

I have a usage report pinned to a dashboard.

On inspection I can see this report has not been updated for several weeks. I am using the new style usage report. 

When I slide the new usage report to off, the old style report gets updated. 

Is there anyway I can get the new style usage report to update, or is this an issue with Power BI service?

HI @WayneH_04 ,

This is a Service issue and you will need to create a ticket with Microsoft about it since there is no way to troubleshoot by yourself what might be happening behind the scenes to keep it from updating.
