Need help

I am new to powerbi.  I have generated report using report builder and published it.   Went to powerbi and got the link for report to embed in my .net application.   the link is something like "https://app.powerbigov.us/groups/b8d14f1e-3563-47fd-8627-3c67751b125d/rdlreports/78e58e63-6a67-436a-...   with url parameter.  when open from .net it is giving error  "app.powerbigov.us refused to connect."   is there setting that I am missing and how do I resolve the issue.  

From powerbi it is displaying report but getting error when try
