Need help with data Source Error

Hi All, I was tring to refresh the report in the service , however refresh getting failed due to abouve reason. The report was refreshing in the desktop level but not in the service. Most of the reports which are untouched for months , and on schedule refresh are also  getting  refresh failed for same reason. Can anyone please help me to sort it out.

Hi , i was using Azure cosmos db as data source , i dont think cloud needs gateway. Could you please help me with the path to  check the gateway

Hi @Anonymous 

It sounds like you need to update the Gateway. some major updates have occured and new Gateway version is now in place.
