MySQL Fatal Error

Hello Everyone, I have a problem during loading my data from MySQL to PowerBI

Can someone help me, I really suffered with that problem and I still cannot find any solution

Please, if anyone know the solution or anything related to that problem, help me,it tooks me too much time to find the solution and I still not able to detect the problem.

I really need your helps guys or I get fired

you can check that the connection settings in Power BI (such as server address, port, database name, username, and password) are correct and properly configured to connect to your MySQL database.

you can connect to mysql database using other tools to make sure connection details are correct.

or maybe you can uninstall and reinstall the connectors. can't help much without knowing actual scenario.

its difficult to troubleshoot without file

please verify that you're using a compatible MySQL connector or driver version with Power BI. You may need to download and install the appropriate MySQL connector for Power BI.

If you have faced this issue before, can you tell me wich versions of Power BI and MySQL Connector are both compatible.

From my side I have the latest version of Power BI( February 2024) and MySQL Connector/ODC 8.0 and MySQL Connector Net 8.0.19.

I really do not know what version of MySQL is the right one for the latest version of Power BI.
