My org is planning to use Power BI for the reports and has 200 users. How to Implement a Portal? and where to start. Like licensing etc

Hi Mat,

First, try to determine how many users are report developers and report consumers.

If your org has Microsoft E5 licenses, It comes with Power BI pro license as a bundle.

Ideally report consumers also need a pro lciense.
