Hello,
When a dashboard is saved under 'My workspace', do Power BI administrators have access to the dashboard by default (that is, without granting them permissions explicitly)?
Thanks!

Hi @acksung
@lbendlin Thank you for sharing!
I checked the documentation for your question.
According to the Power BI documentation, Power BI administrators do not have access to dashboards saved under My Workspace by default.
However, they can grant themselves access to a user's My Workspace through the Workspace tab in the Admin Portal if necessary.
Only Power BI service administrators can perform this action, and access is automatically revoked after 24 hours.

Interesting. I was not aware of that change. I stand corrected.
No, they can only add themselves as admins to regular workspaces that are either "Pro" or on Premium capacity.
@lbendlin sorry thats not correct at all. Under the Admin portal there is a "Workspaces" area. All of the 'My Workspaces' show up as "PersonalWorkspace <Person Name>"
As an admin, i can select any personal workspace and press the '...' button. In the menu that appears there is a "Get Access" button that grants me access to that persons workspace.
It then appears in my workspace listing denoted just by person's name. In the workspace I full access to do whatever.
In our case, we have a premium capacity but the 'My Workspace' are not on the capacity.
If i want to remove my access, the previous 'Get Access' is replaced by 'Remove Access'.
