Muchas gracias.

Hi , @Anonymous
Regarding your question, please make sure that granular access control is not enabled at the tenant level, workspace level, or semantic model level.
Try the following three methods to see if they help you. For details, please refer to the following article.
How to fix “Semantic model was disconnected” – Datalexure
1.Take over semantic model and reauthenticate
Go to the setting of the semantic model (3 dots – > Settings)
Click on “Takeover” to take over ownership
Open “Data source connections”
For all data sources click “Edit credentials” and apply the credentials
2.Ask current owner to reauthenticate
Ask the owner of the semantic model to:
Go to the setting of the semantic model (3 dots -> Settings)
Open “Data source connections”
For all data sources click “Edit credentials” and apply the credentials
3.Use gateway or shared cloud connection
Go to the setting of the semantic model (3 dots -> Settings)
Click on Takeover if you are not the current owner of the semantic model
Open “Gateway and cloud connections”
Best Regards,
Wenbin Zhou

Hi Wenbin Zhou, thank you very much for your quick answer, i will ask to my pbi admin if we have a tenant level this granular access is currently activate, on workspaces or semantic model is currently no active. It makes me sense that we have activate on tenant level, the only think that can't find to identify is, what type of actions on artifacts makes this disconnections, for example:
- Modify visuals on web?
- Take control of semantic Model?
- Connect from desktop to semantic model on services?
If you can clarify this i will appreciate.
Regards.
