Missing "Manage Permission" setting on dataset with incremental refresh coonfigured

Hi, 

In Power BI service I can't see "Manage Permission" under settings on datasets configured with incremental refresh. 
When I select dataset without incremental refresh configured I can see it. 

Is this expected behaviour or a bug?

Looks a bit strange.
For my datasets - with and without incr. settings - this setting is still available (Tenant is hosted in Europe)

Must be some missing configuration settings in the workspace then.
