Mismatch information between ADO and PowerBI in terms of Capacity compliance

Hi Team,

I have resource who is non compliant under capacity compliance. However, team has added him under ADO users and added under the capacity for the current sprint too. We are unsure why that person is non compliant under Missing capacity tag. Below are the details.

Unfortunately, I did not find related articles, did it involve some Limitation? and whether the reconfiguration was the same result.
