UPDATE: I fixed the issue by resetting the filters to their default values. Still wondering why the problem happened in the first place however.
Hello, I just published a report to the service. The report itself completely matches the version I have on my desktop. The problem is that when I include the report in an app, one of the slicers inexplicably changes.
In the report, the slicer enforces single selection as follows:
And for some reason, in the app, the slicer doesn't:
What I truly don't understand is that I have another slicer that also enforces single select in the report, and that one is correctly mapped in the app.
Hi @Anonymous ,
I'm sorry I can't reproduce your problem... Whether someone disable the option "Single select" in Selection controls tab option before Publish app? Or someone update the app after disable that option?
If the above situation does not exist, you can open a support ticket to support team ask for help. It required pro license, but it is free.
Best Regards
Rena
