Microsoft SQL: Execution Timeout Expired while On demand Refresh in Service

Hello, I facing one error very randomly, sometimes refresh is completed, and sometimes it throws an error like this,

"Microsoft SQL: Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.. DataSourceKind = SQL. DataSourcePath = tcp:fisdata.database.windows.net,1433;FIS_Extracts. Message = Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.. ErrorCode = -2146232060. Number = -2. Class = 11. </ccon>. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface."

whatever suggestion was given to the community I have already applied, like adding command timeout minutes at the source level in Power Query and also adding seconds in SSMS also.

Sometimes it works, but sometimes it again has the same error. Is there someone who facing the same issue again n again, and solved, please help me out with that?

Thanks.

Do you have control over the data source?  Given the queries produced by Power BI can you optimize your database tables, indexes etc?
