Microsoft Admin Id

Hi Everyone,

I am currently practicing on the Power BI Service and preparing for the PL-300 exam. As part of my preparation, I need to understand how to:

- Create user groups
- Set up Row-Level Security (RLS)
- Define roles

To practice these features, I believe I need access to an admin account where I can create users and configure these settings.

Could someone please guide me on the process for obtaining the right access or setting this up?

I am ready to pay small amount if anyone can create that admin id for me

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi @PrinceSethi ,

This has different access options:

  • User Groups are create in Azure so you need to have permissions in azure
  • RLS you just need to do it at power BI level so if you have build permission or are using the desktop version you are able to do it
  • Define Roles you need to be Admin or Member in the workspace so you can define the role of new users

Basicalliy these are the needs in terms of permissions for each one.

Miguel Félix
