Microsoft 365 Usage Analytics - Customise

Hi All,

I'm a total newbie and would like to learn the basics.

1. For the standard report as above, I'd like to customise/filter all the data to be against a specific company chosen under "UserStateCompany".

2. But am I right in that some of the data from tables is a tenant-wide value?

3. How would I set all graphs and charts remain, but only applied to a selected "UserStateCompany"?

Apologies if it's a basic question but would appreciate any help or pointers.

Thank you,

Jon

    HI JF29,

    You can create a mapping table to map users and their company, then you can setting RLS based on username and corresponding company: (use username to find out the company and apply RLS filter on company filed)

    RLS with UserName()
