Memory Issue

This is the issue that i am facing after Publishing the report on the sercvice and the visual is loading in report but not service.

You have a 1 GB limit, so you'll have to find a way to reduce the query.  If it's a DAX Measure, maybe there is opportunity to write it more effeciently.  If it's just pure data, you might have to filter it further.

Your machine running Desktop likely has more bandwidth to load the visual than your Service capacity.
