Since you have already checked the permissions, my current suggestions would be: please ensure that the mirroring configuration in Microsoft Fabric is set up correctly.

Yeah, I based my configuration on that link. However, there's no place on it that says how Snowflake connector works with Snowflake Roles.
I think this is one of open issues that Microsoft needs to tackle in future.
