Dear all,
I would like to kind of lock the matrix visual. The User should not be able collaps the matrix. It should always be expanded to all levels. Is that possible?

In power bi desktop or editing the report in the service, you should be able to fully expand the Matrix the way you'd like it to be displayed, and then under fromat visual-> general->Header Icons->Icons you can toggle off the options you don't want them to be able to utilize ie. drill on drop down, show next level, etc. Let me know if that accomplishes what you're looking for.
Thanks for the tip. But the user still can collapse / expand with right-mouse-click.
