Linked Entities

Hi,

I have an existing dataflow which i built sometime ago. I'm appending tables with queries from other dataflows. The queries from other dataflows appear in italics. They act mostly like any other table, in that i can amend them, reference them etc

I want to append some more data into my table, and so am trying to repeat this process. Clicking on New Data > Power BI Dataflow, I get a linked entity with a padlock, i cant seem to change this, and it impacts the ability to refresh between datasets. 

Is there a different method to get the original tables in italics? I cant quite remember how i did that
